We’re already a week into October and I’m running so behind! September was not as productive reading-wise as I had hoped or anticipated, and so far, October has been just trying to play catch-up.
So I think it’s time to create my game plan!
I have some exciting new things going on, aside from starting a new job, which is the largest reason for my lack of reading progress and serious reduction in free time. I started a new local book club that will meet for the first time this month… see the book for that listed below!
I’m also participating in a Romance Readathon this month that I’m pretty excited about, and my TBR this month will reflect that, too. I’ll note the books for that.

You may or may not notice a few of these books were on September’s TBR. I didn’t get to Tomboy, The Winemaker’s Wife, or Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in September, though I did read a couple of books that weren’t originally on my TBR. I guess it all evens out in the wash one way or another.
What are you reading this month? Are you doing the Readathon?
